Senior Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - route to Head Chef role in future

Our client is a luxury Hotel in the Stratford-Upon-Avon area who are recruiting a Senior Sous Chef with experience of working with fresh food. You will be working with the all fresh ingredients to produce food to AA rosette level. You will help prepare meals for the restaurant, bar, functions and room service. The role is a route to promotion to Head Chef in the future.

The Role

* Preparing meals for restaurant,bar and functions using seasonal produce.
* Running service in Head Chef's absence
* Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene
* Opportunity for Career Progression to Head Chef within company

The Person

* Already a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy 4* hotel kitchen
* Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
