We have an exciting opportunity to join a very special client of ours as an Infrastructure Engineer. My client is looking for someone with a can do attitude to come on board and join a team of proactive engineers to jump on board their fast moving train of growth. Working within the Infrastructure Team, you will be key to delivering an ambitious programme including a full migration to Office 365, Azure Implementation, maintenance of their existing datacentre and core systems, as well as supporting key strategic technical projects - such as mobile working and customer portals.

You will you will have a keen interest in Cloud technologies, preferably Azure and Office 365, including Exchange Online. You will also have a can do attitude and be used to using your intiative to make things happen.

You will report directly to the, very approachable, infrastructure team leader and work in a team who are collaborative but self sufficient. Additionally, you will receive some excellent benefits such as 28 days paid leave plus bank holidays, flexi time where you can adjust your work week to suit you as long as it is within business needs. A current technical qualifications, ideally in one of the above areas, is desirable. You will also have at least three years' experience in a technical role and knowledge of working on the full technical support lifecycle. The ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales within an ever-changing environment is essential.

You and your team will act as an escalation point for 3rd and 4th line support issues and will work with all areas of the Operational team to ensure system downtime is kept to a minimum and appropriate customer service levels and SLAs are maintained.
