Case Examiner Administrator

Location: Stratford London, E20 1HZ

Salary: �20,000 - �25,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00pm - 36 hours a week

Case Examiner Administrator Responsibilities:

* To provide effective support and administrative assistance in the processing of cases in accordance with Fitness to Practise (FtP) procedures, more specifically in relation to the management of Case Examiner decision letters.
* To monitor and maintain a database to ensure the register (WISER) is updated accurately.
* To proactively plan and manage own allocated decision letters and ensure compliance with departmental key performance indicators.
* To liaise with Case Owners and Case Examiners to cross-check that correct parties are identified and notified of decision outcomes.
* To ensure quality of decision letters is maintained prior to them being sent to the relevant parties.
* To complete decision letters in a timely and accurate manner on a daily basis.

Case Examiner Administrator Requirements:

* Educated to GCSE level, English language and Maths A-C level or equivalent, or substantial relevant experience.
* Proven administrative experience in a complex office environment.
* Experience of working within a customer service environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to deal with a high workload, including planning, prioritising and managing time effectively across the organisation and externally.
* Able to show sensitivity and tact when identifying and working with customer needs and confidential information.
* A self-starter who uses initiative and is able to work with minimal supervision.
