We have an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team based in Exeter on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

The Contract Administrator Role:

As Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of new and existing contracts; the largest of these being the South West Water Contract. You will ensure that they are carried out in a safe, professional and economical manner.

The Contract Administrator will ensure that productivity and efficiency is planned and monitored so that customer service levels are met and where possible exceeded. This will be undertaken in compliance with all legislative, statutory and company requirements.

A key skill of this role will be the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with the commercial team and Viridor customers, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

Our ideal Contract Administrator:

- Full CPC National for road transport (or working towards completion within 12 months of appointment)
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
- Previous experience of customer relations management and strategy
- Knowledge of complex reports and KPIs, and an understanding of how they are used within a logistics business
- Previous experience controlling fleet activities
- Experience of preparing month end reports
- Proven ability working within timescales and meeting deadlines
- Proven track record of delivering commercial targets
