What will you be doing?

As our Secured Sales Team Manager, you will manage, motivate and develop a team of Second Charge Mortgage advisors and Second Charge Loan Processors to ensure the delivery of a first class customer journey by maximizing customer satisfaction and conversion through providing "right customer outcomes". You will manage the team to ensure this is running efficiently, providing an excellent service to customers. Secured Sales Team Manager duties include:

- Demonstrate values, behaviours and general conduct in line with company standards
- Attend training sessions when required to guide with performance
- Motivate the team to ensure they achieve individual and team targets.
- Regular performance management of team members
- To optimise ways of improving conversion of loan applications within the team whilst minimising the reasons for Not Proceeding with (NPW) cases.
- To communicate information and take feedback from the team, through briefings and monthly meetings.
- Proactively plan and manage resources within the team to ensure that in the case of holidays and absence workload is redistributed.
- Actively participate in management meetings and demonstrate a commitment to achieving corporate and departmental objectives.
- Receive and deal with first stage complaints with the aim of resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and where this is not possible, escalate the complaint in accordance with defined procedures.
- Support and develop Specialist Sales Advisors whilst achieving the professional required in order to provide an advised sale.

- CeMap qualified
- Experience of people management in a customer services and a sales environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing across a wide range of audiences
- Ability to lead an develop a team of direct reportees
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to support a team with a range of issues
- Complaints handling experience
