Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel New Forest

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Lymington area for a Sous Chef to work in their luxury 4* Hotel which has a AA rosette level restaurant. You will work in the kitchen using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients alongside a talented and experienced Head Chef.

The Role

* Running and managing the hotel kitchen
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals using fresh produce to AA rosette level
* Restaurant and Function Work
* Kitchen Management duties

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
