Brasserie Head Chef Opportunity

This is an opportunity to work in a first rate hotel managing the brasserie kitchen. You will be a key member of the managment team. You will need to have good managment skills and be a great communicator with your team, other hotel managers and guests.

The Role

* Reporting to the General Manager you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
* Support from Executive Chef with Menu's, suppliers and rota's
* Kitchen Management duties

The Person

* You will already be a Head Chef with a steady career history
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at AA rosette level
* Outgoing personality with good communication skills to speak to guests and colleagues
