Eventeem is a promotional and event staffing agency, based in Cardiff but providing services throughout the UK. We staff a variety of events for our clients including for experiential activations, instore promotions, product sampling, exhibitions and conferences. We provide a bespoke staffing service which enables us to match the right staff to each booking in terms of their personality, skills and experience.

We provide staff at high profile events and sporting fixtures including Goodwood Festival of Speed, UEFA Champions League, Grand Designs and the Good Food Show.

Responsibilities of the Agency Account Manager:

We require an ambitious Account Manager to join our busy agency team on a permanent basis, taking the lead on our key automotive accounts and providing day to day account handling and operational support in line with business needs. The role could also suit a Senior Account Executive who is keen to progress.

Part of the client services team, this role is integral to the day-to-day operation and success of the agency.

Often the first point of contact for many of our clients, the Account Manager must provide an efficient service and an excellent standard of customer care, coordinating and implementing staffing and event support in a busy, fast paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. Much of your work will be largely unsupervised and you will need the confidence to work autonomously in your role, using initiative to drive your accounts forward and add value for clients, supported by and reporting to the Client Services Manager.

The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and climb the ranks of the agency. An excellent next position for someone with 2-3 years' client service experience in an account handling role, ideally within an agency, or for someone with an organisational background and a customer focussed approach that is looking to change industry. Requirements of the Agency Account Manager:

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
* Proven ability to manage your own workload with continually changing priorities and tight deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail and a natural desire to maintain the highest standards
* A practical and proactive approach and willingness to be hands on
* A positive attitude and the ability to think logically and solve problems using your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge sound working relationships
* A customer-focused approach and the motivation to deliver quality service
* A confident, professional but friendly manner
* Good commercial awareness with a sound understanding of profitability and the ability to manage large budgets
* 2-3 years' client services experience in an office-based role, ideally within an agency
* Computer aptitude (MS Office)
* A good command of written and spoken English including a high standard of spelling, punctuation and grammar, with qualifications to support
