Cover Supervisor (Unqualified Teacher) Jobs in Bury

Teaching Personnel are working alongside a number of schools within the Bury area who require Cover Supervisors or Unqualified Teachers to join the school when planned and unplanned absences arise. These roles involve stepping in to cover pre-set lesson plans whilst supervising the classroom and ensuring all safeguarding and behaviour policies are followed.

* Full and part time hours available.
* Opportunity to work on a day to day flexible basis when a school needs additional cover in the form of a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher.
* Paid a competitive wage, dependent on your experience and responsibilities within the role (up to �70 a day).
* Opportunity to work in a number of schools in the Bury area as a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher with the chance to secure a permanent contract in the near future.

Application Requirements

* Previous experience either working as a Cover Supervisor or delivering lessons in secondary schools as an Unqualified Teacher is preferred
* Applications from anybody with transferable experience or those who have supported young people in a similar capacity is also acceptable.
* No specific teaching qualification is required as all work will be set and you will simply be required to deliver the work whilst you supervise the classroom whilst keeping behaviour and safeguarding standards high.

This would be an excellent opportunity for anybody who is considering a future career in teaching or for any recent graduates who would like to obtain further experience within a secondary school setting before enrolling on a PGCE or similar Teacher Training Programme.
