A position has become available with a leading government services company supporting a maritime facility in Hampshire, UK. The succesful applicant will have managed and lead a succesful multi-disciplined Operations and Maintenance Services team (including sub-contracters) within a similar environment demonstrating the safe delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the facility and its outlying support stations. You will also have proven experience providing material manageemnt and implementing training to all of the site's Hard FM services.

You will be HNC/HND qualified in an appropriate technical dscipline and be PC literate. ideal candidates will have NEBOSH qualifications, working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 and have a project managemnt qualification.

Core Duties:

* Develop and demonstrate high levels of SHE behaviours to ensure the teams are unquestionably safe through strategic SHE improvements/setting, and promote positive safety awareness, compliance and risk management.
* Maintain strong customer orientation and effective communication to ensure that Hard FM services are delivered to meet the customers' requirements making fact based decisions and prioritising effective resource allocation.
* Accountable for service delivery outputs ensuring safety, quality, work acceptance and cost performance is delivered.
* Responsible for resource utilisation to ensure staff can deliver the service, providing positive interventions and management actions when necessary.
* Be a positive role model and create an environment so all teams have a voice and are aligned to the company's values, policies and processes.
* Use leadership expertise and excellent problem solving skills to guide the service delivery teams to establish solutions to delivery challenges and ensure schedule compliance. Liaise closely with the CED and other stakeholders to proactively address delivery problems.
* Lead, support and enforce the use of company processes and tools. This will include leading and monitoring the controls required for elements of training, overtime and pastoral care that will include attendance, performance reviews, sickness, leave and Working Time Directive (WTD)
* Host audits for ISO accreditation.
* Preparation of quotations and allocation of resources for out-of-scope works.
* Provision of material management service to maximise the efficiency of our in-house (Hard FM) teams.
* Management of the Training Matrix and qualifications of our in-house (Hard FM) teams.
* Meet customers' expectations, delivering outputs to time, cost and quality.
* Manage personnel and material resources within approved budget.
* Engage, listen and effectively communicate to teams of responsibility to optimise delivery performance.
* Lead a continuously improving culture within teams of responsibility that will provide year on year benefit.

The salary will be negotiable for the right candidate, but a range of �40-�50k p/a is expected dependant on previous experience and performance in similar roles.
