We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the London area. As the Compliance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring GMP compliance of documentation within the Engineering team.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Compliance Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Assist with engineering related investigations linked to deviations within the pharmaceutical environment

2. Ensure GMP compliance of Engineering Quality Management documents (deviations, CAPA's, Change Requests)

3. As the Compliance Officer, you will be tasked with administrative duties, including maintaining a good filing system within the Engineering department

4. Collect price quotes and process orders for the Engineering team to ensure spare equipment is available

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Compliance Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a life sciences related field (biology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals etc) or industry experience in a Pharmaceutical or Gene Therapy setting

2. Proven pharmaceutical industry experience in a sterile GMP environment

3. A working knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering documentation and practical experience with Quality Management software
