Viqu are currently looking for an experienced 1st line support engineer to work with one of our renowed clients in Maidenhead. This position is a dual role combining first line support on desktop and iPad reconfiguration/deployment.

The successful candidate will have expereince with;

-1st Line Support

-Logging tickets

-Escalating issues to 2nd/3rd line support engineers

-iPad wiping/reconfiguration

-Deployment of tablets
