A school situated in London borough of Twickenham is currently searching for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support their primary school. The role primarily involves working as a special needs teaching assistant l TA along with supporting those who have special needs in small groups and on a one - to - one basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an aspiring team with potential for progression due to expansion. For this role, the successful candidate must have:

Experience of working with children

Experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour

Knowledge of SEN (preferable but not essential)

Be able to show reliance in challenging situations.

The successful candidate would be required to work within small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

The ability to build positive relationships quickly with students and staff will be key.
