About the Role:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Administrator to join our busy, dynamic and professional Legal Team based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Working Monday to Friday on a full time basis.

The purpose of the role is to support the Group General Counsel & Director with all administrative tasks, to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Working within a busy executive office
-Providing support to the Group Legal Counsel & Director
-Creating and managing an Invoice Approval System
-Scanning and filing documents
-Taking minutes on a regular basis in high level meetings
-Undertaking diary management
-Travel arrangements
-Managing a prioritising busy workloads
-Proof reading
-To complete weekly and monthly reports
-To maintain confidentiality at all times

The Successful Candidate for the role will have:
-Experience of working at a similar level and possess excellent communication, common sense and interpersonal skills.
-Have the ability to work on their own initiative and used both Word and Excel to an advanced level.
-Excellent planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
