Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support with experience of supporting customers across Office 365 / O365, is required for a leading organisation based in central Newcastle.

Senior Support Analyst / 2nd line Service Desk

Based in central Newcastle

�30,000 - �35,000 – depending upon background and experience.

THE ROLE:

Working within the IT & customer support function for a leading IT consultancy & services provider, the Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the company’s customer base. The practice areas covers predominately Office 365, which includes collaboration (SharePoint), Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence and EM+S Security.

This position will offer career progression opportunities as the team and company continues to grow.

REQUIRED:

- Experience as a Support Analyst – 2nd line
- Good experience supporting Office 365 (SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Business Intelligence systems).
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

SALARY:

�30 – 35k Basic + Benefits + Training
