The Company

Our client offer a wide range of high-quality, affordable and effective counselling and therapy services supporting young people, adults, couples and clergy. They also run a Person-centred DipHE Counselling Course - Child and Young Person, a BA (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy Course and an Introduction to counselling course.

The Role

Our client are looking to appoint a part time Programme Leader to ensure the delivery of their counselling training programme, specifically the Anglia Ruskin University validated courses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their training programmes including the management of the team. Candidates must be able to work three days per week including some teaching commitment.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified counsellor who is an accredited member of BACP and a qualified lecturer, ideally to PG cert level with experience of managing a team.
