The Head of Inclusion (SENCO) a mixed comprehensive Secondary school located in the Ramsbottom region of Bury is seeking a resilient, passionate Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join their highly successful staff team, starting immediately.

Due to an influx of pupils identified as requiring additional support the SENCO along with SLT wish to appoint a talented practitioner to work with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. For further information please see the details below;

* Full time Teaching Assistant (Level 2) required immediately.
* Must have previous experience working with young people within an Education capacity.
* Opportunity to work within an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ Secondary school.
* Excellent location easily accessible via the M66 motorway.
* Earn up to �325 per week.

As the incoming Teaching Assistant (Level 2) you can expect to be working within modern facilities with access to state of the art resource, there is also newly refurbished open plan learning spaces and computer rooms. The responsibilities for the successful Teaching Assistant Level 2 will include working with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing 1:1 support alongside small group intervention work. You may also be required to deliver pre-planned lessons, where required, in the absence of class teachers.

The school is just a few miles outside of Bury town centre and currently serves just over 700 pupils aged 11-16 and is easily accessible via the M66 motorway and the surrounding areas; Bolton, Preston and Rochdale. There is also an abundance of public transport options available with links across Greater Manchester.
