We are seeking a temporary customer service administrator, to start immediately, with excellent relationship and account management skills. You will also need the ability to prioritise your work and operate with immense efficiency on a wide array of varied tasks on both ends of the spectrum, from working with people to taking care of administration.

Based on the outskirts of Cambridge, with on-site parking! And if you thought it couldn’t get any better, our client offers a warm and friendly environment, many members of the team have been with the business for many years – some over 15 or 20! You will be in an environment where you will be supported and guided by some of the best.

The Ideal candidate will be able to keep on top of an array of different responsibilities that will include:
• Managing customer relationships
• Order processing (orders could come both electronically and over the phone)
• Work closely with customers and an external Sales Manager to ensure the best service is received
• Taking care of the after sales administration such as sorting Rebates, claims and invoices in a proficient and timely manner
• Collaborating with internal colleagues to ensure information accurately gathered and passed on

The successful candidate will have previous experience order processing within customer service, have confident working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAGE or SAP.

Our client is looking to pay the successful candidate around �9-10 p/h depending on experience. Temporary opportunities like this are extremely rare and don’t come around very often so if you feel like you would suit any of the above please do not hesitate to give us call using the details below.
