The Hawthorns Care Centre is situated in the idyllic market town of Evesham on the edge of the Cotswold and Shakespeare’s county. Close to the M5, it has a direct train route to London, Oxford and Hereford.

The Hawthorns provides two services which includes a specialist acquired brain injury (ABI) unit, and a care home facility for elderly people living with dementia.  The ABI care centre offers an independent living environment for adults aged 18 to 65 who require rehabilitation through short, long stay, and respite care, and our specialist dementia service is focused on providing individualised nursing and personal care for people with advanced dementia, enabling each resident to lead a full and active life.

The Hawthorns proudly has a CQC rating of Outstanding, and we are the preferred provider in Worcestershire to support people with a diagnosis of Dementia with complex needs.
Ideal candidateAs a Registered Nurse you will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience, and be passionate about delivering person centred care. You will have current NMC registration, up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development. You will provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service.

You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level. We offer a quality work/life balance that is second to none, with full time or part time hours.
