We now have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Taunton, working 37.5 hours a week.

What will I be responsible for?

The successful Customer Service Advisor will champion and deliver Customer Service Excellence to new and existing customers. You will answer, log and resolve all inbound enquiries to the depot in a timely and professional manner, introducing new or improved services to new and existing customers where appropriate.

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the support and effective and proactive management of all existing customers and to identify and secure additional profitable business. You will also provide sales administration support to sales personnel as and when required.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

- Good track record of customer service within a multi-site or fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role or environment
- Good written, oral, telephone and numerate skills
- Good commercial and negotiation skills
- Well organised, logical and creative thinker
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
