SEN Support Assistant - Old Swan
Are you looking to make a real difference in a child's life?
Would you like the opportunity to help a child progress in the classroom?

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Special Educational Needs Support Assistant, to work 1-1 with a boy in aYear 3 class in a mainstream primary school. The school is located in the Old Swan area, and has been graded as a 'Good' school by Ofsted. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with autism, and ideally have experience working with difficult behaviour and ADHD.
Job Specification

* ASD Support Assistant for Year 3
* 1:1 support
* Emotional and behavioural support
* Working with Teachers and the SENCO to ensure progress and development
* Full time hours, 5 days a week (8:30am - 15:30pm)
* �285 - �325 per week - paid weekly
* Start date - January 2020

Candidate Specifications

* Relative ASD experience
* Psychology or Education related degree
* Strong academics in A Levels and GCSEs
* Calm, understanding and friendly personality
* Passion, commitment and dependability within the workplace and using your own initiative!
* Clear understanding of the Autistic Spectrum
* Perfect for aspiring Psychologists or SEN Teachers!
