Our client is a market leading Accounting Firm with offices across the UK. They are experiencing significant growth across all of their Tax Compliance Teams and have a number of opportunities for Senior Associates level candidates to join their teams.

Responsibilities:

As a Tax Compliance Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients to meet their their complex tax compliance obligations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
-Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
-Deliver tax compliance services to an agreed timescale
-Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen including assisting with training of more junior team members
-Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
-Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

Essential Skills:

-Tax compliance expertise appropriate to role level sought
-Successful candidates will possess initiative and enthusiasm and will show the ability to effectively and proactively contribute to the team
-A strong client ethos is critical, as is a commercial approach identifying, managing and building new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
-Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage client and senior relationships at the appropriate level
-Be an effective delegator, strong at coaching junior staff
-ACA/CTA qualified or other equivalent
-Strong UK corporate or personal tax skills or UK GAAP and IFRS tax accounting experience
