We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Organisational Development (OD) team based at our City Centre office. Reporting in to the Head of Organisational Development, we are looking for someone with the drive and determination to provide information and analytics to the OD team, to be presented to EMT and Heads of Function in regards to HR, Recruitment, E&D and L&D confidential data.
The key elements of this role include, but are not limited to, extracting and manipulating a range of data, including recruitment, absence management and establishment information. You will be responsible for producing and distributing Management Information reports across the business, including to senior managers, the board, directors and responding to external data requests/ external publications. The ideal candidate will be able to produce external data analysis on reward and recruitment markets enabling us to build and maintain accurate salary banding information, that can be applied to permanent and contractor staff. We will also look to you to provide project support for OD projects during this contract, including the Oracle Fit for the Future programme.
We are looking for candidates with experience of working with and manipulating data, preferably within an HR, Recruitment, L&D or E&D function, and the knowledge and understanding of NCH’s chosen operating systems, e.g. Oracle, Microsoft packages, Project Management and Recruitment systems. The data produced will be used to form parts of reports sent to our Executive Management team and it is therefore essential that the selected candidate is able to develop and present written information in a clear and concise manner as well as having excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
