EMEA General Manager

Our client is a video production company who live and breathe video. Their international team of experts work side-by-side with every customer, to provide the most innovative broadcast solutions for your needs. Driven by the passion for what they do, they are dedicated to delivering the best in creative video production, live event streaming, and social broadcasting and they are looking for a high-performing Sales person to join them as EMEA General Manager.

The successful candidate will meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve yours and the company's financial targets.

Among others, you will also be responsible to hit annual targets, develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets, understand and put in progress commercial decisions for the business and partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

You will be based in their office in London and report directly to the CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Providing support to the finance director with contractual reviews for correct details;
* Working with the finance director to ensure timely billing of invoices and completion of work;
* Forecasting support contract renews with Finance director;
* Year on Year growth for all teams;
* Strategic direction for sales team;
* Ensuring sales team are forecasting and summarising sales activity and pipeline;
* Lead sales meeting weekly;
* Technical presales for sales team;
* Provide account management at a senior and strategic level for high profile client;
* Supporting the sales team with their customers and expanding portfolio, including proposals, quotes and pitching;
* Assessment of work taken place, leading debriefs to ensure customer satisfaction;
* Overseeing Production jobs from pre-prod to post for successful execution;
* Implementing policies and procedures for all divisions to adhere company-wide;
* Conduct staff performance evaluations;
* Staffing;
* Identifying training and development opportunities with the HR manager;
* Plan with HR Manager staff training, workshops and activities;
* Work with Marketing team to build strategic direction;
* Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure delivery of all services, company goals and objectives.

Essential Skills:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent;
* Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director;
* Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
* Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services;
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
