1:1 SEN SSA required within a Salford (M30) Primary School
CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualifications (or equivalent) and a minimum of 12 months experience working with challenging pupils is beneficial for this role.
Temp to Perm position from January 2019 - potential to be taken onto a perm contract from May 2019.
Teaching Personnel are in partnership with a larger than average Salford Primary School, and are seeking an experienced SEN TA to provide 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with diagnosed ADHD. The pupil is medicated on a daily basis, however does present with extreme challenging behaviour on occasions and at time can be verbally aggressive.
The role is to start in January 2019 or sooner and is full time five days a week for the rest of academic year, there is the potential to be taken onto a full school contract from May 2018 for the right candidate. The Primary School situated close to Winton in Salford. Is a larger than average primary school with a larger than average number of children with SEN. The SENCO is highly qualified so a strong support network is in place for staff and pupils.
