You will be responsible for a small portfolio of clients including at least one of the largest accounts, and will lead a team comprising Account Managers and Execs.

Your responsibility as an Account Manager is to take a lead role across client service, account development and team management in order to drive client success, performance and satisfaction. You will be a key client contact and responsible for both hands on and delegated implementation for a wide range of PPC strategies and processes.

Key Duties

•Manage all aspects of client accounts to a truly exceptional standard
•Build and deliver account development plans, displaying initiative in identifying and prioritising opportunities
•Provide accurate client forecasting; meet and exceed performance targets
•Deploy new business innovations, tools and processes on client accounts
•Responsible for regular client communication including reporting, calls and meetings
•Evidence of a proactivity that has delivered tangible benefits for clients.
•Manage the time and development of the Account Executives within your team and take full responsibility for their development

Skills & Experience

•Strong, hands-on PPC experience working with large Google Ads & Bing Ads accounts across both keywords and shopping
•Experience working to KPIs such as Sales and ROI
•Exceptional communication skills. The ability to explain complex requirements/data/analysis to colleagues and clients in a clear and engaging manner
•Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
•Experience in managing a marketing executive or leading a small team desirable
•Ability to prioritise between multiple tasks and take initiative to identify new opportunities
•Works well with colleagues. Welcoming, problem solving, can-do attitude
•Developing good relationships with non-technical stakeholders / external clients
•Experience in Bid Management Software (e.g. Kenshoo, Marin, SA360 desirable)
