Make a real difference to the learning experience of SEN pupils as you take on this 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role at a fantastic special needs school in Swanley.

***1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant post available to start in January 2020 (or before if possible)
***Excellent facilities at the school including outdoor learning and a therapy pool
***Long Term, Full-Time role with the potential to secure a permanent position
***Minimum level of education would ideally be undergraduate degree or equivalent - how this is not essential
***You will be responsible for providing support for students with moderate learning difficulties, including some challenging behaviour and autism

You will be confident and flexible, able to communicate effectively with colleagues, children and parents on a daily basis. The school wants to recruit someone who has a strong understanding of the challenges students with SEN face and a sensitive, professional approach to helping different students progress.
