A school in the Ilford area is seeking a Science Teacher to work Full time from January 2020.

The School are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher of Science to join their successful science department. The successful candidate would be expected to teach across the age and ability range, at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The school is rated GOOD by Ofsted and is located in a great place for public transport links and parking nearby - limited parking is available onsite.

General professional responsibilities;

* You are required to carry out the duties of a school teacher as set out in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document, and subsequent updates.
* You are required to carry out these duties in accordance with any relevant policy documents adopted by the academy and any division of teaching responsibilities that are from time to time decided.
* You are required to conform to the details in accordance with the DFE Teachers Standards.

The school is one of the most popular institutions in The Brentwood Diocese. They attract students from Central London, East London and further out towards Essex. The school are seeking a Science Teacher to teach General Science at KS3 and KS4.

The location of the school is a 5 minute walk away from the nearest train station with good links to Essex and Central London. The school is also a 10 minute walk from the nearest underground station (central line).

The school are looking for a candidate who is proactive and keen to work closely with the students - catering for each of their individual needs.

Qualification requirements:

* QTS certificate.
* Educated to degree level in a scientific subject.

Experience requirements:

* Experience as a Science Teacher to KS3 and KS4.
