A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Head of Reward ( £60,000 Pro Rata) to work with one of Sental’s National clients. Role Overview: The appointed Head of Reward will play an integral part within the business, ensuring advice on rewards and benefits strategy is given. Salary/Package: £60,000 pro rata Location: Leeds Duration of Employment: 6 months FTC Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities: Work alongside both the HR Director and HR Business Partner to develop and deliver reward and benefits plan. Provide training on reward and benefits solutions for managers and their teams. Review the businesses approach to benchmarking and pay awards. Design compensation packages and bonus programs. Work with Data & Reporting to track and report on people costs. Experience Required: The successful Head of Reward must have the following skills and experience: Previous experience within a similar role. Experience and knowledge or HRIS software. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT Literate.
