A high end restaurant group is seeking a Health & Safety and Food Safety Manager. Your primary responsibility will be for their restaurants in the North West

The role:

* Work regionally across the company's restaurants in the North West, collaborating with other Health & Safety and Food Safety Manager in the business.
* Creating technical training and competency management with regards to food safety.
* Complete supplier audits against HACCP when required.
* Undertake sites inspections and audits in order to monitor food safety performance.

The candidate:

* Level 3 HACCP or above.
* Hospitality/ catering industry preferred.
* 5 years Food Safety and Health & Safety experience minimum.
* Former experience as an EHO desirable.
* NEBOSH General Certificate.
