My client is a well respected holiday property provider who passionately strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Looking to be placed as number one holiday property provider by 2020 this a perfect time to join the company.

The company is going through an exciting period of growth and is driving a strong amount of investment into their dedicated Commercial Department. The Commercial Department are responsible for all aspects of engaging holiday property owners to utilise their service to include their property on my clients system. The process goes from lead generation through to on boarding and my client is now looking to add a Property Specialist to their fast-paced, dedicated team.

The new addition you will be joining a dedicated team of Property Specialist's and will be responsible for communicating over the phone with owners, demonstrating excellent customer service. You will be making excellent use of information gathered to impress the owner with my client's knowledge and expertise in order to secure a visit with one of our Property Consultants.

You will be the first point of contact for Potential New Owners when they call or contact my client to discuss letting their holiday property. Our main aim and focus is to secure a visit with one of the Property Consultants. Making good use of the information gathered you must impress the owner with our knowledge, expertise and the service we offer. Each new Owner must leave an introductory call wanting to work with my client and looking forward to meeting our Property Consultants.

We are looking for a full time, flexible individual who is able to work both evening shifts (on a shift rota basis until 7pm) and weekends (One weekend day every other weekend).

Role Outline
As our newest Property Specialist, you will accountable for the following areas of responsibilities:

Personal Management:
- Effectively manage time, resources and journey plans to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Constantly seeks out opportunities for self-development.
- Remains coachable at all times.
- Work in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and to ensure all new systems and data are secure as well as recent updates in regards to GDPR compliance.

Skill Requirements

Essential to have:
- Previous experience successfully working to targets in a sales orientated role
- A natural drive to achieve high performance against targets
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Commercial knowledge and interest
- Strong negotiation skills

Nice to have:
- Previous experience working in a similar position
- Strong geographical knowledge of the UK
- Past experience working in the property sector
