Exam Invigilator - Oldham

Flexible working hours available for Exam Invigilators in a number of schools across Oldham.

With the busy exam period upon us a number of schools in the Oldham area are seeking Exam Invigilators to work on a flexible basis to join their established Exam Invigilator Team and support the smooth running of exams. The ideal Exam Invigilator will be well organised, reliable and have experience of supervising children and be flexible. Whilst experience is preferred, full training will be provided for the successful candidates. Hours will be based upon a flexible timetable with the incoming Exam Invigilator able to agree on their rota weeks in advance and will be allowed to be flexible.

As an Exam Invigilator you will be expected to supervise the exams and the pupils and ensure that guidelines and regulations are followed during, before and after the exam has took place. Whilst doing so typical responsibilities may include:

* Setting up the examination room in accordance with regulations of the exam

* Ensure no banned items are allowed to be brought into the examination room

* Ensure that all pupils follow correct regulations of the exam

* Inform pupils of all information and notices that may affect their examination

* Record the attendance of the exam to ensure all are in the correct room

* Maintain high security and confidentiality

* Ensure there is no disruption throughout the exam
