Residential Property Conveyancer - Full time (Permanent)

Location: TBC Hampshire or Surrey

Salary Dependent on Experience. Competitive Package plus Bonus

The Role:

You will be required to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload under the appropriate supervision dependant on qualification and experience.

You will need to provide a comprehensive and professional legal service to all clients ensuring they experience the highest levels of client care.

The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision and be responsible for a full range of residential property matters, including high net worth clients, from inception to post.

Your Responsibilities:

At commencement the successful candidate will assume responsibility for an existing caseload which they will be encouraged to develop by building and maintaining appropriate contacts.

The successful applicant will benefit by working as part of a strong property team consisting of fee earners and support staff which has an excellent reputation for delivering legal advice which is tailored to the individual needs of clients.

You will be required to use the firms case management system and whilst full training will be provided a basic level of IT knowledge and MS Office is a necessity.

You will need to have previous experience working in a residential conveyancing department and to be able to effectively manage a varied caseload to strict deadlines


Candidates with a minimum of two years residential conveyancing experience will be considered however this is not essential but desired.

Some previous experience within another volume residential conveyancing team is necessary.

At times you will be required to work outside of normal contractual hours to achieve the required level of Client service.
