The Role

Our client a leading Art Licensing Company have an exciting opportunity to join their friendly team as an Image & Licensing Coordinator.

This is an opportunity to work in a creative environment, dealing directly with artists and clients internationally.

The role requires a highly organised, enthusiastic and creative individual to support and be a key member of our licensing team.

The ideal candidate should have great administration skills and a strong creative eye. Someone has previous experience of working in an office environment with a passion for art and design.

Role Responsibilities Include:

Office Administration

- Working with the licensing team, responding promptly to queries and requests
- Developing strong relationships with artists and clients, by phone and email.
- Maintaining office supplies and general office management
- Managing office calendar
- Organising team travel arrangements and tradeshows


- Basic image manipulation
- Updating archive
- Preparing, designing and posting E-newsletters
- Designing ads for print and online
- Designing other marketing material (flyers, leaflets, trade show panels)
- Designing and updating artist presentations
- Updating and maintaining artwork library
- Updating client and image database
- Coordinating metadata and keywords for artwork
- Updating clients with new images

Skills & Experience Required:

- Good working knowledge of Mac and Microsoft Office environments (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate level of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Excellent organisation skills
- An appreciation of art and design
- A proactive can-do attitude
- A keen eye for detail
- Team player


The successful applicant will have varied responsibilities providing a good opportunity for hands-on-experience. This role will give an understanding of the picture, character and art licensing industry, coupled with the experience of working within a young, friendly and flexible environment.

An opportunity to grow within the company and develop your own client base.

Oversea travel to tradeshows.

Hours: Full-time (9.30-5.30 Monday to Friday)
