Teaching Personnel are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Outstanding secondary school in Dagenham. The successful Teaching Assistant will join the school this term and will be required on a full time basis. This is a role which will be reviewed at Easter with the option to join the school on a permenant basis.

The successful candidate will be working one-to-one with students with Autism, supporting small groups of students with complex needs and working with challenging students across the age range. They will support in class and also outside of the classroom to provide academic and emotional support when required. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will join the schools SEN team and will support the schools team of specialist Teaching Assistants. We are looking for an individual who has experience working with students aged 11-18 and has experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
