The Company
The business manufactures aluminium die castings and machines, assembles and tests parts used for engines in the automotive industry. Many of its products are sold to leading vehicle manufacturers across the whole of Europe. They are a highly successful business with over 500 sites globally. This site turned over �37 million for the business alone last year. The company are investing in their future with plans for �1 million Capex investment in the next 12 months.
The business offers superb training to its employees and has funded them through recognised qualifications. I am looking for a maintenance engineer who is excited to step into a multi skilled role for a unique business on a huge industrial site.
The Role
Your responsibilities as maintenance engineer will be as follows.
* Planned and breakdown maintenance of machinery on site.
* This includes CNC machines, robotics, foundries, furnaces, extraction units, hydraulic presses, control panels and more.
* Mechanical and Electrical fault finding.
* Swapping and working with both Mechanical and Electrical components.
* Working in a team of 14 engineers
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have the following.
* Industrial multi skilled planned and breakdown maintenance experience.
* Strong fault-finding skills.
* Experience maintaining machinist equipment.
* Happy to work a double day's shift pattern.
