Our Replenishment Analysts support the management of stock into and out of the business, ensuring that products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. Our Replenishment Analysts manage and monitor the central order system and performance against KPI’s recommending action to improve performance or address issues. Our Replenishment Analysts need to be able to communicate effectively within the business, within the immediate team, with head office users, store users and suppliers.
Main ResponsibilitiesAccountability 1

•        Plan & manage stock into and out of the business, in line with store ranging and event plans, including promotional stock. Monitoring performance against relevant KPI’s and striving to meet and exceed stated performance targets.

Accountability 2

•        Responsible for stock ordering for specific product area, managing stock, waste, reductions, stock levels, promotions, availability and other KPI’s.

Accountability 3

•        Provide effective routine and ad-hoc reporting on stock related issues and KPI’s, Analyses sales data, identifying issues and trends, interpreting results and providing sound recommendations

Accountability 4

•        Effectively communicate within the business, within the immediate team, with head office users, store users and suppliers.

Accountability 5

•        Plan and organize your workload to ensure deadlines are met, complete work with a high attention to detail.

Accountability 6

•        Take ownership and deal with issues and complaints in a professional and caring manner following the correct process and ensuring the best possible outcome for the customer and business
The Ideal Candidate•        Strong numerical and analytical skills

•        Previous experience of working in a central stock and replenishment team

•        Retail experience

•        Data analysis skills and experience of reporting tools
