Year 3 Teacher - Primary School in Great Harwood

A primary school in Great Harwood are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Year 3 teacher to start in January 2020. The role is covering a maternity leave and would be until the end of the academic year. Teaching Personnel are working closely with this average sized primary school to recruit the most suitable Year 3 teacher for this role.

At an important stage of the children's education, the incoming Year 3 teacher will need to have commitment and dedication to this role, taking on full time responsibilities including, planning, marking, data entry, parents evening, continual assessments etc. In return, the management and whole school are ready to offer the successful Year 3 teacher extensive and regular support. The Year 3 teacher will be given adequate timetabled PPA time to plan and have the use of a skilled teaching assistant in class that currently takes a lead in maths and English intervention groups.

The Head Teacher has stated that they would be keen to meet suitable candidates for the role as soon as possible. Once the candidates have been shortlisted there would be an observation and an informal interview which would ideally be arranged for the week commencing 2nd December.

Successful applicants will need to:

* Hold QTS
* Demonstrate outstanding teaching ability
* Be willing to work as part of a team
* Have high expectations of children's attainment and behaviour.

Rate of pay: �95 - �135 per day
