**Finance Advisor - 6 months contract - £35 - £40 ph Ltd/ Umbrella - Leading Organisation - London** Our client is leading organisation based in London who are looking for an Interim Finance Advisor to work closely with their Group Treasury, Tax and Legal department on a 6 months contract. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the relevant company assets are managed and hedged, and dividends are executed in line with treasury policy Ensuring the correct accounting treatment is applied to holding company and related transactions, including interest and exchange exposures, distributed reserves, liquidity, tax matters, acquisitions, disposals and other restructuring transactions Providing accounting advice and guidance to project teams on a variety of transactions to ensure that all items are appropriately reported and understood. Your advice and insight will be sought and relied upon by a number of key internal stakeholders. Driving ongoing process improvement to ensure that we make best use of the systems available, allow maximum time to focus on critical areas where we add the most value and ensure that manual work is minimised. Contributing to adhoc projects, in line with business needs and efficiency objectives, and influencing stakeholders of all levels across the world Ideal experience required for this role: Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or equivalent experience Ideally have experience working for BIG 4, larger Accountancy practices or similar environment IFRS technical accounting expertise Ability to generate innovative solutions to varied and unique accounting issues and effectively communicate advice Confident and self-motivated Strong analytical skills and meeting deadlines Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with both finance and non-financial personnel Excellent knowledge of MS Office suites especially Advanced in Excel Please submit your CV now to be considered for this position.
