They have been trading for nearly 100 years and currently have an annual turnover of £350 million, just in the UK. Your new role You will be taking on the responsibility of your own ledger. You will be have a small team reporting in to you, so will require previous management experience. You will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with clients and retaining current business. You will be assisting the group credit manager and will play an important role in the day to day running of the business. Your main duties will include; to improve collections and cash flow, closer management, improve processes and to build closer relationships with clientele. What you'll need to succeed You will need at least 2 years' experience in supervising a credit / AR team to be considered for this role. You will also need strong excel skills and must be able to adapt to new systems and technology quickly. You will be very good at relationship building and will support the company through growth and implementation. Experience within the facilities management or construction industry would be an asset, but is certainly not essential. All industry experience will be considered. You will need to be forward-thinking and proactive to secure this exciting role. What you'll get in return A well-paid salary of up to £35,000 based on experience. This will be on a 6 - 9 month FTC basis, on their payroll.
