I am currently recruiting for an interesting new role has come in to work in a dementia and memory service in West London. This role will be eligible for all mental health nurses who have had previous experience working in the community and have prior exposure to an older adults dementia service. Ideally you will be a nurse who has had System One training and will be available at short notice for a full-time contract. If you are successful in your application, we will be able to offer an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £27.00 per hour (£48,600 Equivalent) as a Band 6. The working environment will range between a community setting and a from within the memory clinics across Hillingdon. Requirements: A valid NMC pin  Have a legal right to work in the UK UK experience working in an Dementia Service An enhanced DBS and reference check Experience working in the community Responsibilities: To liaise with the client, key worker and members of the multi disciplinary team and other agencies to promote and maintain a consistently high standard of individualised client care Administer personal care and carry out observations To work in Community and Memory Clinic environments, providing assessment, intervention, follow-up and support to patients Why we are different?
