We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in regulatory reporting to coordinate the reporting development life cycle for a project aimed at reviewing and enhancing Pepper UK's regulatory submissions, from the capture of requirements to subsequent development, testing and delivery for a fixed term (6-12 months). The areas of work will include (but not be limited to) the following: Working with complex Excel spreadsheets, development of STAR schema, ETL process, SSRS reports, cubes, T-SQL code (DDL and DML), requirement documents, report specifications and procedure / process documentation, ownership of standard reports, to improve the speed and efficiency of the reporting process and to continuously improve the controls around them. Main Responsibilities: Production and publishing of ad hoc analysis to inform requirement gathering. Field ad-hoc report requests and data enquiries from internal subject-matter experts. Gather and assist in documenting change requirements as defined by the project working group. Production of detailed report specifications. Utilising advanced knowledge of Excel. Development and amendment of reports using SSRS and SQL Server. Development and maintenance of the data warehouse & ETL environment. Automating and improving processes associated with regulatory reporting. Work effectively in virtual, interdisciplinary, teams, contributing to a delivery driven culture. Proactively and intelligently manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring issues are dealt with effectively.
