Technical Administration We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator working for a Facilities Management commpany in Birmingham.  Duties 1. Create and issue reports in a timely manner (OFGEM, finance and health and safety reporting, waste returns, purchase card reports) 2. Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Sharepoint 3. Understand where and how to gather relevant information from 4. Meet deadlines promptly 5. Ensure all documentation is well compiled and up to date 6. Knowledge of Coupa – training will be provided 7. Liaise with Cogen and Environmental Agency regarding reports 8. Manage finance reports by checking and matching figures 9. Raise all purchase orders via Coupa Procurement System in a timely manner under instruction of Manager 10. Prioritise work load – ensure any urgent queries are handled within the hour 11. Required to be the first port of call for any issues 12. Contact suppliers for quotes via phone, email 13. Check and receipt invoices for accounts payable approval 14. Dispute any discrepancies- escalate with Manager if necessary 15. Ensure inbox is always monitored 16. Ensure training records are up to date, book any necessary training courses 17. Order PPE/supplies for site 18. Ensure all documentation are recorded and up to date 19. Ensure new contractors on site have been inducted
