Our client is a successful not-for-profit organisation with a strong commitment to the Sheffield City Region. Recently named number 26 in the Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit organisations to work for in the UK, they are a forward thinking, innovative organisation. They work with voluntary sector partners and with NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and Trusts to deliver ambitious models of integrated health and employment support. Their Work and Wellbeing services use Individual Placement Support (IPS), a “place then train” approach to employment support. Using strengths-based methods, we work with individuals who have mental health and physical health conditions. This includes people who are out-of-work and seeking to secure and sustain employment, as well as those who are in work but off sick or struggling in the workplace due to their condition. Their services work in an integrated way with health and employment partners, including GPs, social prescribing, IAPT and Musculoskeletal services, physios and pain clinics and employers. Programme management skills and the ability to build strong partnerships are vital to this role. The Programme Lead will work partly on the Building Better Opportunities program, a supported employment program funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund The post holder will: • Help to lead the mobilisation and successful delivery of their Work and Wellbeing services • Maintain strong relationships with NHS and voluntary sector partners • Promote strengths-based approaches through the learning, development and mentoring of staff in their Work and Wellbeing services • Support management of the contractual and financial performance of their employment services as agreed with the Head of Work and Wellbeing • Provide matrix management of Work and Wellbeing Managers • Represent them at meetings and events and deputise for the Head of Work and Wellbeing as required   Salary Scale: 5C £38,186 to £41,181 Working Hours: 37 hours per week Closing Date: Friday 10th January at 5pm T his is a Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd vacancy who are operating as an employment agency.
