Purpose of the Role: The CRM Developer is responsible for delivering technical solutions as part of a roadmap of continuous improvements and custom enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Portals. The developer will use their skills and expertise to play a prominent role in an ongoing project to extend the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Marketing) and Dynamics 365 Portals with our client. Principal Accountabilities: • Participate in technical design discussions, collaborating with business stakeholders, key users and colleagues to analyse, design and develop value added business solutions. • Design, develop and deploy solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Portals. • Ensure that developments/solutions are: · high quality · satisfactorily tested · in line with our client’s development standards and architectural guidelines · deployed in line with industry standards • Create and maintain high quality technical documentation. • Implement and maintain suitable source/version control for all developments. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Our client is looking for an IT professional with solid experience leading the technical design, development, implementation and UAT testing of small projects, with a good appreciation and understanding of Agile practices. The candidate should have a proven track record supporting, developing and extending Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Portals, using the CRM SDK and other industry standard toolsets. Must be able to demonstrate: • Extensive experience using languages/libraries such as; C#, Javascript, CSS/HTML, JQuery. • Experience using a suitable source control management tool (VSTS/DevOps). • Good knowledge of Azure (App Services, Function Apps, Azure AD, Storage Accounts, Application Insights) and O365 integration.
