A small independent and highly successful Investment office based in a lovely office in Knightsbridge are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming team on a maternity contract for 6 months (with the potential to extend). The role is available immediately with a handover throughout January until the PA leaves for her maternity period. You will have the opportunity to support with meeting & greeting clients, meeting organisation, international travel arrangements, diary management, organising conference calls, preparing documents, scanning and filing, running errands, private support (booking appointments and restaurants) and general office administration. To be considered you will be of graduate caliber, have relevant experiences ideally from an investments/HNW office, be polished and articulate and be friendly with a good sense of humor. A willing and helpful nature is a must. The working hours are 9am to 6pm with some flexibility. A competitive salary + discretionary bonus + 24 days holiday pro rata (excluding bank holidays) and a pension. Please apply today for immediate consideration.
