The Role You will be partnering with management to enforce high-performance culture and delivery of new initiatives and business opportunities Developing talent and succession plans and ensure employees are trained to carry out their job to a high standard and provide a high level of customer experience You will be coaching and training your client group to understand and deliver HR policies and the employee proposition Acting as an advocate for the business – developing employee engagement and improvement plans resulting in a demonstrable increase in employee engagement scores Manage development of your teams to improve employee experience including workforce planning to reflect future business plans, and ensure any recruitment meets the high requirements Manage a high standard of Employee Relation support including complex disciplinary & grievance issues and tribunals Carry out monthly board and client group reporting to identify strategic trend improvements to add to the continuous improvement plan Lead on the change and improvement programmes across the business to ensure effective engagement with the wider Talent and HR team. About You – HR Business Partner It is essential that you are comfortable with regular travel across the UK You will have demonstrated experience partnering with management and influencing strategy within the business You will be commercially minded and able to use data and insights to make strategic business decisions You will have experience in managing complex ER cases You will be able to identify process inefficiencies Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
