Accounts Payable Admin Location: Liverpool City Centre Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 Hours: Mon – Fri, 35 hours Contract: Fixed term Who are they? A bit about the role: Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Payable Admin professional to join their business on an interim basis to cover our Accounts Payable Admin role. This is a 12month contract based at their head office in Liverpool City Centre, working 09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday. You will be responsible for providing a date processing and administrative role within the AP department. The role ensures effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. A day in the life as Accounts Payable Admin for our client might include any of the following: Checking invoice data entry is accurate Processing and monitoring transactions on the Accounts Payable ledger Process query invoices, rejecting when necessary Deal with incoming phone calls from key accounts Respond to emails, ensuring all contacts are aware of the correct standard process Statement reconciliations in line with the service level agreed Resolving invoice queries to ensure payments are made on time Maintenance of manual records for final notices etc KPI reporting were requested Helpdesk administration Review and amend incorrect postings on ledgers Any other suitable tasks when required What will make you a great fit for this role?
