You will be responsible for proactively managing relationships between the company and Claims Management Companies (CMCs), ensuring customer needs are met. As the voice of the customer, via the CMCs, you are accountable for ensuring claims are processed effectively, in a timely manner and providing relevant updates. Our client is a consumer-led financial services company dedicated to ensuring fairness and improving customer's experience of the financial services industry. Role responsibilities *Successful implementation of the CMC strategic approach *Support and implement the CMC engagement strategy, streamlining and improving CMC processes *Owning and proactively developing key CMC relationships *Increase CMC customer satisfaction through embedding a customer-oriented culture *Ensure delivery of a timely, accurate, assured and empathetic service for customers who use the CMC route *Continually review CMC customer demand and highlight any potential capacity gaps within the service *Resolve issues impacting the end customer and the CMC process, act as an escalation point and manage service failures *Analyse trends; identify and implement improvement opportunities relating to CMC relationship management Role requirements *The ability to demonstrate expert knowledge of customer service and customer experience best practices and standards *A Financial Services background is desirable *Superb problem solving skills *Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partner relationships *A high level of organisational and administrative skills Spring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
