We are working with a South Wales based charity who are looking for an experienced Business Manager to develop and support all commercial training, supplied and community engagement activities within the organisation. This is what you’ll be doing · To assist the Director of Training in conjunction with the Director of Finance to prepare and manage the Commercial Training, Supplies and Community Budgets. · To assist the Director of Training to identify, develop and implement cost effective and appropriate marketing strategies which will improve business opportunities. · To realise and to maximise profitability arising from such marketing strategies and other business opportunities. · Provide effective market and business data analysis, together with reports that accurately reflect business progress and provide the focus for ongoing BPIS planning discussions. The experience you’ll bring to the team · Experience working in a commercial environment – ideally within the health and safety field · Experience of completing commercial tenders for local authorities, statutory services or charities · Effective financial management What you’ll get in return · £28,000 - £31,000 · 21 days annual leave · Great development Are you up for the challenge?
